Comprehensive Fee Structure and Policies for Day and Boarding Students

1.Fee Structure Compliance:

All fees listed, including tuition, registration, and composite fees, adhere to the regulations outlined by the Ministry of Education under Cyprus law. The annual registration fee and composite fee are standard and non-refundable as per policy guidelines.

2.Composite Fee Breakdown:

The composite fee covers the following:

    • School basic supplies (excluding schoolbooks)
    • Administration fees
    • Library Fees – Access to research materials, books, and digital resources.
    • Student Services Fees – Counselling, and career services.
    • Facility Fees – Maintenance of buildings, gyms, and recreational spaces.
    • Day trips and local excursions (excluding overnight trips)
    • Laboratory maintenance (science and ICT labs, technology upgrades Covers software, online learning platforms, and IT services)
    • Provision of tablets for each student (Year 4 primary and up)
    • Yearbook (1 copy per year)
    • Students Insurance
    • Parents association fee

3.Discounts and Payment Incentives:

Discounts are offered for siblings and advance payments, ensuring affordability for families with multiple children. Specific discount rates are provided based on family circumstances, further supporting access to quality education.

4.Refund Policy:

In compliance with legal requirements, refunds are not available for mid-term withdrawals unless special circumstances apply, as determined by the school board.

5.Legal and Regulatory Standards:

All fee structures are reviewed annually to ensure they align with local laws and the evolving needs of the school community. The tuition fees outlined above are subject to an annual increase starting from zero

 

 

 Boarding Students

1.Fee Structure Compliance:

The boarding fees adhere to the regulations outlined by the Ministry of Education under Cyprus law. Boarding fees cover accommodation, meals, and access to all facilities. These fees are standard and non-refundable as per policy guidelines.

2.Boarding Fee Breakdown:

The annual boarding fee covers the following:

    • Accommodation: Housing in fully equipped dormitories with basic furniture and amenities
    • Meals: Full board, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
    • Laundry
    • Recreational Facilities: Access to on-campus recreational facilities such as gyms, libraries, and common areas

Note:

    • All borders are provided with Uniform and Books (one off).
    • Personal items are not included in the boarding fees and must be purchased separately.

 

3.Additional Boarding Services:

Optional services, such as private tutoring or weekend trips, are not included in the boarding fee and will incur additional costs. Parents will be notified in advance of any such expenses.

 

4.Refund Policy:

In compliance with legal requirements, refunds for boarding fees are not available for mid-term withdrawals unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined by the school board.

 

5.Regulatory Standards and Annual Review:

All boarding fees and services are reviewed annually to ensure compliance with local laws and alignment with the needs of the school community. These reviews ensure the school maintains a high standard of care and support for all boarding students.

Recommendation Process

Voucher policy and criteria:

  • Every parent will receive a Recommendation voucher once their child/ren has/have been officially enrolled and pre-payment has been made.
  • The voucher will provide a 5% discount for any parent who recommends another parent to the school.
  • The new parent may also wish to recommend another parent in which case they will receive their 5% deduction too.
  • In the event that a parent during the 1st academic year recommends more than one parent, then an additional 2% deduction will be offered.
  • Note: Our vouchers are for one single academic year. In the event that a recommendation is made during the term and not the beginning of the academic year, the deduction will naturally be applicable for the term they join our school.
